Biographical Sketch
Drew obtained his BSEE from the University of Buffalo and his MSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is nearing completion of a PhD in Imaging Science at RIT (Advisor: Zoran Ninkov) and works in the Near Infrared Astronomy Laboratory (led by Professor Bill Forrest and Professor Judy Pipher). There he is assisting with the operation and evaluation of new scientific imaging devices for space and ground-based telescopes. He is also developing and enhancing an open source camera array control and test system based on a design by Greg Burley at the Observatories of the Carnegie Institute of Washington.
