There is no F5V dagger type, but HD 27524 is probably the best.

HD 27534, HD 134083, and HD 210027 are also excellent standards. 

To confuse matters, both HD 27524 and HD 27534 are F5V standards!

Skiff08 flags two stars as F5V MK standards: HD 27524 (MK73) & HD 27534 (MK78)
MorganAbt73 lists two F5V MK standards: HD 27534 & HD 27524. 
Morgan65 classifies four Hyads as F5V: HD 27524, 28568, 28911, 29225. 
Abt68 used 45 Boo (HD 134083) as their F5V standard. 
Garrison72 and Cowley76 used Iot Peg as their F5V standard.
Cowley74 uses Iot Peg and 45 Boo as their F5V standards.
Corbally86 uses the Hyad Cl Melotte 25 35 (vB 35) as their F5V standard (from Morgan65).
