Oh well.  Life is like that for busy students.  I understand.  That is why the course is set up so that you can miss handing in several problem sets with no penalty.  DO THE PROBLEM SET ANYWAY ASAP.  The point of the problem sets is not to hand them in on time.  It is to do them so you can learn the material (and do well on the exams).
