Research Areas

Outline

Professor Demina's research interests are in the field of Experimental High Energy Physics and Cosmology. Her interests include understanding the mechanism of elecro-weak symmetry breaking, the study of top quark properties, identification of heavy flavor jets, development of silicon tracking detectors and baryon acoustic oscillations.

Professor Demina is also collaborating on the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN and on Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) experiment.
