Notes through the last lecture 27 are now posted on the Lecture Notes page.
We have now covered all the material that I usually cover, and then some. So lectures next week are canceled! Similarly, no more workshops.
The FINAL EXAM is Tuesday, May 9, 8:30-11:30 am in BL 270. The exam will cover the entire course, but with an emphasis on the material since the Midterm Exam. There will be four problems. One problem will be a set of short answer questions for which you should not need any involved calculation. The other three problems will be more like homework problems. Remember, you can bring one 8.5"x11" sheet of ruled paper, with one line of writing on each line of the page, writing on boths sides allowed, where you can write any notes you like. I will give you a copy of the inside front and back covers of the textbook. No other notes, books, or electronic equipment are allowed.
I am around from now until the Final (unless I must serve on jury duty - I'll know tomorrow), so feel free to stop by or email if you have any questions or want to discuss anything about the course. You may pick up any old homeworks by stopping by my office.

Our MIDTERM EXAM was originally scheduled for next week, Thursday March 9, right before spring break. I would like to move it to Thursday March 23, the week right after spring break. The exam would be during the workshop period, 5 - 7 pm. In lecture today, those in attendence were all enthusiastic about this move. If you would have a problem with this move of the Midterm to March 23, you must tell me by this week's Wednesday lecture. Unless there are objections, this shift in date for the Midterm will take place.
