HW 10 will be handed back in lecture on Wednesday. You can pick up your graded HW 11 from me by stopping by my office Friday afternoon.

The TA will hold a review session for the Final Exam this Thursday during the usual recitation time period.

The FINAL EXAM will be next week Tuesday, May 7, 8:30 - 11:30 am in BL 270. The exam covers the entire semester, but with an emphasis on the material since the Midterm Exam, i.e. lectures 13 onwards. It will be three or four problems long. You may bring one 8.5"x11" sheet of notes, with one line of writing per one line of the page, and you may write on both sides of the page. I will give you copies of the inside front and back covers of Griffiths. No other books, notes, or electronic equipment are allowed.

Midterm Exam is this Thursday, March 7, 4:50-7:00 pm in Morey 501. The exam covers all material through the end of lecture 12. There will be three problems. The first problem will be a set of three short answer questions that do not require any detailed calculations; then there will be two problems similar in style to the homework problems. Remember, you may bring one 8.5" x 11" sheet of ruled paper, with one line of notes per line of the page, writing on one side only. I will give you copies of the inside front and back covers of Griffiths. No other notes or texts or electronic devices allowed.
