The next lecture, Wednesday, October 24, is canceled.

The MIDTERM EXAM has been scheduled for Friday, November 16, from 10 am to 12 pm. The room will be announced latter. The exam will cover all material through Problem Set 3, i.e. up to but not including the macroscopic Maxwell's equations. Remember, the exam is closed book.

The FINAL EXAM has been scheduled by the registrar for Thursday, December 20, from 7:15 pm to 10:00 pm in BL 269.
