Local curvauture distributions with signs for 1409 atoms
Instead of the absolute values of local cuvatures, signs have been add
in. The sign of a curvature is positive if the surface bends toward the
normal vector. The directions of normal vectors of the parabolic fitting
are turned in pointing toward the system center of mass so that most of
the curvatures are positive.
Average curvature = (small+large)/2
Gaussian curvature = small*large
All of the calculations are taken by method 2 with cutoff=3.8.
