Coloring surface atoms of gold nanorod with 11076 atoms
Surface atoms of gold nanorod with 11076 atoms have been colored with
10 colors according to larger local parabolic curvatures ( -0.2 -- 0.6 ).
There are totally 100 configurations saved from continuous heating of
the gold nanorod from 5K to 1940K.
The onset temperature of shape transition is about 990K and that of melting
transition is about 1280K.
