Ellipsoid presentation of atom movements for 2624 atoms

Instead of sphere presentation of atom movements with root mean square displacements as the radii, displacement correlation matrix has been carried out and diagonalized to get the ellipsoid presentation of atom movements for each atom. The configuration files can be downloaded here.
