During the simulation at each temperature (5*10^6 steps), 121 configurations have been saved. In order to see atom's long-range movement without the disturbance of thermal vibration, we averaged every 5 adjacent configurations to get 117 average configurations. This procedure is actually applying a low pass filter on atom's movement.
