E-mail consultation

Class announcements are routinely ( daily) made by electronic mail.
The class is encouraged to ask questions to any or all of the instructors by e-mail; whoever is still awake answers.
The professor (DMW) submits to extended e-mail “office hours” the night before homework due dates and exams; this service has been very heavily used and appreciated.
Results: to date, 51% of the class has asked DMW at least one course-related question by e-mail and received a reply.
