Hi Arie and Sergei

These are the files with contain the fa data.
For the neutrino data, I first fit the data for
MA. Then using the data from Q2=0.1 to Q2=.65
I fit the ratio (fa data)/FA_dipole(using fit mass) to
a straight line. I then vary the normalization of the
fa data to the the constant term is 1. This makes
FA extrapolate to GA as Q2->0, with some error

Baker_81, ma=1.04653, fact_time_fa=1.03153
Miller_82, ma=1.08107, fact_time_fa=0.968424
Kitagaki_83, ma=1.1709, fact_time_fa=0.917068
Kitagaki_90, ma=1.05869, fact_time_fa=1.08305

The data sent is divided by FA_dipole(1.02)

For the electro production data that was sent.
regrouped it so my plotting routine could plot it.
For the data sent to you have have taken this data
and

 (FA)*(FA_dipole(qsq,1.014)/FA_dipole(qsq,1.069))/FA_dipole(1.02)

Where the (FA_dipole(qsq,1.014)/FA_dipole(qsq,1.069) corrects
the electro production data with fit dipole of 1.069 to
a fit dipole of 1.014. (1.069 - 0.55 his correction) I
then divide it a dipole with out our agreed apon ma=1.02.

Plots of these are included.
