The instructor for this course is Prof. Stephen Teitel. Prof. Teitel has been at the University of Rochester for over 30 years. He is a condensed matter theoriest who uses large scale numerical simulations to study phase transitions in different physical systems. His recent work has been on the flow and jamming of granular materials.

The Teaching Assistant for this course is Feiyang Ye, who is a 4th year graduate student in the Department working with Prof. Nichol in experimental condensed matter physics. Feiyang will be grading your Problem Set assignments. If you have any questions or complaints about how your Problem Sets have been graded, please contact Feiyang first.
